For people living with alpha-gal syndrome · six continents
Don't let a tick bite stop you from a good night.
The community app where nobody asks what you can't eat. Make friends or match to date with people who already get it, cook from three mammal-free cookbooks, find alpha-gal friendly places near you, keep your journal and allergy card, and meet up to cook together.
Everyone here already gets it
Friends, dates, and dinner — with people who understand the questions.
Discover people who get it
Your triggers, how careful you are, and what you were told before alpha-gal are on your profile from day one. Cards show what you have in common — "you both react to dairy," "you were both told it was IBS" — so the hard conversation is already over.
- New friends, dating, or both
- Start in your own country, open to the world with one tap
- Report and block from any profile; a real team reviews photos
Match, chat, and plan a date night
Message your matches, then plan a date night straight from the Table for Two cookbook: pick the recipe, split the jobs between the two of you, hand each other the shopping, and send the plan into the chat.
- Direct messages that arrive without refreshing
- A date-night planner that knows both your triggers
- Team announcements land at the top of Matches
EZ Meet: cook together, eat safely
Host or join small cooking get-togethers — a sheet-pan dinner, a baking afternoon, a cookbook potluck — listed by country and region. A potluck sheet with every ingredient labeled, and a chat for confirmed guests.
- Spots count guests, not the host; meets vanish the day after
- Safe Places members vouch for make easy venues
- Times show in your own time zone
Three cookbooks and a recipe swap
Every recipe mammal-free and dairy-free, in your measures.
The 30-Day Family Kitchen, Mushrooms Instead of Meat, and Table for Two — all by the Alpha Gal Sisters — plus members' own recipes from kitchens on six continents. Cook mode walks you through step by step; one toggle switches cups and °F to grams and °C.
The everyday tools
A journal that understands the delay, and a card that speaks eight languages.
Six continents
Alpha-gal is everywhere ticks are. So are we.
The lone star tick in North America, the paralysis tick in Australia, the castor bean tick across Europe, the longhorned tick in Japan and Korea, the bont tick in South Africa, Amblyomma ticks in Brazil and Central America. Members pin where the tick found them, and the Alpha Gal Map draws the picture nobody else is drawing.
Made in the USA; at home on six continents. Prices in US dollars, cards from any country.

Common questions
Does it work outside the United States?
Yes. Pick your country in your profile; Discover starts near you, EZ Meet lists by country and region, recipes switch to metric, and the allergy card shows your local emergency number.
Is it only for dating?
No. Basic Access is the cookbooks, journal, card, and community boards. Full Membership adds friends, dating, messaging, and meets.
Do I need an app store?
No. Open the app in your browser and add it to your home screen; it opens full screen and works offline. Store listings are coming.
What are Safe Places?
Restaurants, bakeries, markets, farms, pharmacies, and online suppliers that handle alpha-gal well — 86 researched by the team with addresses, what's safe, and kitchen protocols, plus members' own picks by state, with reviews and photos from their visits.
Who sees my journal?
Only you. Not even the team can read a member's journal or allergy card.
